Die folgenden Versandbedingungen gelten für alle Bestellungen über unseren Online-Shop LUNORA Premium Home & Living.
1. Versandgebiet
Wir liefern aktuell nach:
- Österreich
- Deutschland
- EU-Länder (sofern im Checkout auswählbar)
- International (außerhalb der EU – siehe Hinweis zu Zoll und Einfuhrabgaben)
- USA
Sollte dein Land nicht verfügbar sein, kontaktiere uns gerne vorab per E-Mail.
2. Versandkosten
Die anfallenden Versandkosten werden im Checkout klar und transparent angezeigt, bevor der Kauf abgeschlossen wird.
- Österreich: ab € 4,99
- Deutschland: ab € 5,99
- EU-Länder: ab € 7,99
- International (außerhalb der EU): ab € 12,99
- USA: ab € 12,99
Bei Aktionen oder kostenlosen Versandangeboten gelten die jeweils angegebenen Bedingungen.
3. Lieferzeiten
Physische Produkte – die Lieferzeit beträgt in der Regel:
- Österreich: 3–7 Werktage
- Deutschland: 4–8 Werktage
- EU-Länder: 5–10 Werktage
- International: 7–21 Werktage (abhängig vom Zielland und Zollabwicklung)
- USA: 7–21 Werktage
Die Lieferzeit beginnt nach Zahlungseingang.
Digitale Produkte werden nach erfolgreichem Zahlungseingang sofort als Download bereitgestellt. Es fallen keine Versandkosten an.
4. Versanddienstleister
Der Versand erfolgt je nach Zielregion über:
- Österreichische Post
- DHL
- UPS
- oder vergleichbare Versanddienstleister
Eine Sendungsverfolgung wird – sofern verfügbar – per E-Mail bereitgestellt.
5. Verzögerungen
Sollte es in Ausnahmefällen zu Lieferverzögerungen kommen (z. B. durch hohe Nachfrage, Feiertage, Zoll oder höhere Gewalt), informieren wir dich umgehend per E-Mail.
6. Zoll & Einfuhrabgaben
Bei Lieferungen außerhalb der EU können zusätzliche Zollgebühren, Steuern oder Abgaben anfallen. Diese Kosten trägt der Kunde. Bitte informiere dich vorab über die Regelungen deines Landes.
7. Beschädigte oder verlorene Sendungen
Bitte prüfe deine Lieferung unmittelbar nach Erhalt. Bei beschädigten oder fehlenden Artikeln kontaktiere uns bitte innerhalb von 48 Stunden unter:

- EU countries (if selectable at checkout)
- International (outside the EU – see customs notice below)
- USA
If your country is not available, please contact us by email before placing your order.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are displayed clearly and transparently at checkout before the purchase is completed.
- Austria: from € 4.99
- Germany: from € 5.99
- EU countries: from € 7.99
- International (outside the EU): from € 12.99
- USA: from € 12.99
Special promotions or free shipping offers are subject to the conditions stated at the time.
3. Delivery Times
Physical products – estimated delivery times:
- Austria: 3–7 business days
- Germany: 4–8 business days
- EU countries: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–21 business days (depending on destination and customs clearance)
- USA: 7–21 business days
Delivery times begin after receipt of payment.
Digital products are made available immediately as a download after successful payment. No shipping costs apply.

Depending on the destination, we ship via:

- or comparable carriers
Tracking information will be provided by email where available.
5. Delays
In exceptional cases, delivery delays may occur (e.g. due to high demand, public holidays, customs, or force majeure). We will notify you promptly by email.
6. Customs & Import Duties
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs fees, taxes, or duties may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please check the regulations of your country in advance.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
Please inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt. If items are damaged or missing, please contact us within 48 hours at:
